Voron 2.4 350 build volume and fit check
The Voron 2.4 350 kit has a nominal 350 × 350 × 330 mm build volume. It is a self-built CoreXY printer, so the actual usable area depends on the kit, the gantry, and the tuning. This page uses the standard 350 mm envelope as a starting point; confirm your machine's own limits before committing a large print.

Model-specific limits
- A Voron is a kit: frame size, toolhead and mods can change the usable volume. The 350 mm figure is nominal, not a guarantee for every build.
- Large ABS/ASA parts need a hot, stable chamber and good bed adhesion. The enclosure helps, but a 350 mm footprint can still warp.
- A custom build can have a smaller usable Z or X/Y area because of cable chains, probes or a modified gantry.
What fits
The 350 mm plate is useful for jigs, enclosures and printer parts that are too large for a 250 mm machine.
The enclosed CoreXY design and heated chamber make the Voron a good fit for engineering materials, provided the part is oriented for strength.
Large panels and armor sections can use the 350 mm envelope; split at seams when the model exceeds one axis.
Orientation tips
- Measure your actual usable travel before trusting the 350 mm nominal figure, especially on a modified machine.
- Leave extra clearance near the Z limit for a purge line, a brim and the probe's travel.
- For tall ABS parts, preheat the chamber and use a brim; the fit check cannot predict warp or layer separation.
